Purpose of Midterm Project – Extra Credit

To compose an excellent Midterm Project, you need to start early.  Choosing a subject and beginning your research are the first steps.  As an encouragement, I’m offering extra credit for submitting your subject, textbook topics, and outside sources one or two weeks before your Project is due.  Since this assignment is time-sensitive, I will not accept late work.  Check your Course Calendar for the specific due date.

Midterm Project – Extra Credit (10 points)

To earn 10 points of extra credit on your Midterm Project, submit these items by the due date.

1. Your subject (the theme of your paper)

2. List of 5 textbook topics you will use in your paper.  Your actual paper must include these topics, although you can add more while writing your assignment.  This is only a list – no other information is needed.

3. List of 5 outside sources you will use in your paper.  Your actual paper must include these sources, although you can add more while writing your assignment.  This is only a list – no other information is needed.

Grading

You must submit all three required parts of this assignment to earn the extra credit points.  Partial assignments will not earn credit.  Late assignments will not earn credit.

How to Submit

Your Midterm Project – Extra Credit will be submitted in Brightspace/D2L.  After Lesson 3, there is a Midterm Project module, with a link to the instructions and a place to submit your assignment.
